Many small businesses struggle to afford the high upfront costs of a new website. Those that do often end up with outdated designs that fail to reflect modern trends. This common frustration leaves businesses either unable to afford a quality site or unsure who to trust for a professional result. To solve this, Two Little Sparrows introduced a $0 down, $175/month plan, offering a budget-friendly solution that makes professional websites accessible without straining business finances.
The subscription plan requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. You’re free to cancel anytime once the initial 12 months are complete. Please note that if you cancel, the site will no longer be accessible - retaining the site without an active subscription wouldn't be sustainable for our business.
You can reinstantiate a new 12 contract anytime after that.
If you cancel before completing the 12-month term, you'll be responsible for the remaining balance of the site's full value ($3,800), minus any payments already made. We prioritize building long-term relationships with our clients and seek to partner with those who value the same commitment.
Each invoice includes a 7-day grace period for payment. If not paid within that time, a $25 late fee will be applied for that month. For subscription plans, if payments are overdue by two months, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, with the client responsible for the remaining balance of the site’s full value. We strive to be flexible and understanding, often offering assistance when needed. However, if there is no communication or response to our messages, we must take necessary steps to ensure we are fairly compensated for our time and effort in creating the site.
We send email invoices through Square, which includes a secure link for entering payment information. Subscriptions can be paid using a credit or debit card, and we accept all major credit cards. For lump sum projects, payments are made via ACH bank transfer to minimize processing fees. We do not accept checks or money orders.
The $100 fee per additional page is a one-time charge, not recurring.
When you sign a contract, whether lump sum or subscription, if we’re unable to create a design you’re completely satisfied with and you choose not to move forward, we’ll refund your initial payment in full. However, once we proceed with building the site, payments become non-refundable. Any refunds beyond that point will be at our discretion.
Yes, subscriptions continue indefinitely after the initial 12-month commitment, with monthly payments ongoing. It typically takes us 2-3 years to earn the equivalent of a lump sum project, so we aim for long-term client relationships, ideally lasting at least 5 years, to make the delayed payments sustainable. By that time, the website should be generating far more than $175 per month in value, essentially paying for itself. We hope clients continue to see the value in our work and choose to maintain their subscription, allowing us to keep delivering quality service and support.
No, there is no buyout option to end the monthly subscription early. It typically takes 2-3 years to match the value of a lump sum project, and our model works best when clients stay for 5+ years. The steady monthly income allows us to focus on client support and website improvements rather than constant selling. Frequent buyouts would disrupt this balance and impact service quality. The subscription fee remains fixed, even with inflation.
Yes! We offer a $50 per month subscription add-on for unlimited edits and support, with a 12-month minimum commitment. This service cannot be paused and resumed monthly. If you cancel and later wish to reinstate it, a new 12-month commitment will be required.
The main difference is between long-term versus short-term costs. With a subscription, you’ll pay more over time, but in smaller, more manageable monthly payments. A lump sum payment covers everything upfront, saving you more money in the long run since the design and development are paid for at the start. When choosing a package, it comes down to your cash flow and whether you prefer short-term or long-term savings. If you prefer to avoid a large upfront cost and value ongoing service, the subscription is the better choice. If you don’t need ongoing services, the lump sum allows you to save in the long term.
Yes and no. SEO has two main components: On-page and Off-page. On-page SEO involves elements on the site itself, like content, load times, accessibility, and structure. Off-page SEO includes activities outside the site, such as link building, guest posting, and citations. Our packages cover some on-page SEO, including fast load times, accessibility, meta tags, Google Search Console setup, sitemap generation, and some content creation. However, SEO is an ongoing process that goes beyond these basics. If you're interested in professional SEO services, let us know, and we can discuss plans and pricing.
Yes, you always own your domain. We never hold it hostage!
We typically complete a website within 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly clients respond to our content and image requests, as well as the availability of our designers and developers. It could take 2 weeks in some cases, or 3 in others.
No, because if that were the case, everyone would do it, and we'd go out of business! However, you do keep your domain.
Yes, we don’t hold your domain hostage. Even if we purchased the domain for you, when you cancel your subscription, we’ll transfer the domain to you.
No, we don't use WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace! Everything we create is built with custom, hand-written code - no page builders here. This is what sets us apart from others. We invest the time and effort to do things differently, and it’s reflected in both the quality of our work and the online presence of our clients after launch.
Our custom-coded websites offer several advantages: better security, faster load times, easier maintenance, lower costs, and greater customization with less bloat - since we don’t rely on plugins for everything. Unlike WordPress sites, which require constant updates to avoid vulnerabilities, our sites are secure from the start and don’t face risks like redirection to malicious sites. For security, there are no databases or other vulnerabilities to exploit, making our sites more resilient against hackers. With no entry points for them to breach, our sites are inherently safer and don’t require the constant upkeep typical of other platforms.
